What you can ask for

• Correction — a fact about your company is wrong.
• Restriction — keep the entry but hide the contact details.
• Removal — delete the entry entirely.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Access — a copy of everything we hold about your company or about you.

You do not need a ShelfTap account, you do not need to prove a legal interest, and you do not need to give a reason for a removal request. If you would rather email, write to privacy@shelftap.com.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge by email within 5 days.
2. We check the request against the listing and its recorded source URLs.
3. We apply the change and confirm what we did, within 30 days.
4. A removed company is added to a suppression list so the same public source does not re-create the entry on the next crawl.

If you are the owner of a company and want to keep and manage the profile rather than remove it, use the claim flow on the profile page instead — that route gives you editing rights. This form is for people who do not want to be listed at all, or who want a fact fixed without creating an account.
