Kullanım Şartları

1. Who you are contracting with

ShelfTap (the "Service") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE SUPPLIED], registered in [COUNTRY OF INCORPORATION — TO BE SUPPLIED] under registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER — TO BE SUPPLIED], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE SUPPLIED] ("we", "us"). These Terms form the agreement between that entity and you.

2. What the Service does

ShelfTap searches public web sources, maps and company data and returns a ranked list of companies that, on the evidence found, appear likely to use or trade the product you searched for. Every row is published with the evidence behind it, the confidence assigned to the company's market role, and its verification status.

Results are research output, not a certified fact set and not a guarantee of business. We do not warrant that any listed company will buy from you, that any contact detail is current, or that any estimated volume will be realised. You are responsible for verifying a company before you contact it, and for complying with the marketing, e-privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to you when you do.

3. Accounts

One account is one user. There is no seat model and account sharing is not supported. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 18 and acting in a business capacity.

4. Plans, usage limits and payment

The published allowances are enforced in code and reset on your subscription anniversary:

"Export rows" means company rows counted inside the usage window, not files. There is no cap on the number of results a single search may return. There is no public API. Payment is taken in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments; card and PayPal are shown in the checkout dialog as not yet available and cannot be selected. 5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute ShelfTap output as a standalone data product;
• scrape, mirror or bulk-extract the Service outside the export features;
• use results to send unlawful unsolicited communications;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or authentication;
• upload documents you have no right to submit.

6. Your data and ours

You keep ownership of everything you submit. We keep ownership of the Service and of the aggregated, non-identifying statistics we derive from its operation. Personal data is handled as described in the Gizlilik Politikası. If you need a signed processor agreement, use the Veri İşleme Sözleşmesi.

7. Company profiles and third parties

The directory contains profiles built from public sources as well as profiles claimed and edited by their owners. A company that appears in ShelfTap may ask for its entry to be corrected, restricted or removed at any time through the Şirket kaydını kaldırma veya düzeltme form. Paid verification and directory promotion never affect the scoring of search results; see Sertifikasyon durumu.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not commit to an uptime percentage. Support response targets are published on the İade, iptal ve destek page.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 5, that is used unlawfully, or whose payment fails. On termination your account data is handled according to the Veri Saklama policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders and the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY OF INCORPORATION — TO BE SUPPLIED], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
